Suppose a gas record has a confirmed expiry date of 15 December 2026. With the document saved in advance and the relevant alerts enabled, its 60-, 30- and 7-day alerts fall on 16 October, 15 November and 8 December. This is an illustrative example, not a message sent to a customer.

Obligation reminders can use different schedules. Check the property's task as well as the document date, particularly after an early gas check or a shorter EICR interval. Reminders help you plan; you still need to book the inspection and act on the findings.
