What we are building over the next six months

TenancyVault already helps landlords organise compliance evidence, deadlines, tenant documents, signatures, inspections, and cases. The next phase groups related features into real workflows: starting a tenancy, seeing the portfolio, communicating with tenants, managing rent and deposits, and running repairs.

These are target launch windows, not fixed release dates. Some groups will ship in phases because the user journey belongs together even when one part depends on a third-party provider.

    Next

    A joined-up workflow for moving an applicant into a tenancy: referencing, ID checks, agreement creation, digital signing, and the evidence stored in one place.

    Tools to make rent, arrears, and deposit administration easier to track without losing the compliance evidence.

    End-to-end maintenance management from tenant request to completed works order, contractor evidence, and satisfaction follow-up.

    Portfolio map and tenancy overview

    A map-first way to review properties, tenancy status, compliance gaps, and upcoming dates across a portfolio.

    • Properties plotted on a map where addresses can be matched
    • Filters for compliance status, tenancy status, and upcoming renewals
    • Quick links from each property to documents, reminders, tenancies, and cases
    • Portfolio view designed for landlords and agents managing multiple locations

    Discovery

    Partner-led services that could help landlords compare buy-to-let mortgages and move from tenancy data to useful finance journeys.

    • Research regulated buy-to-let comparison and broker partner options
    • Check referral and commission disclosure requirements before any launch
    • Explore property and rent data that could pre-fill comparison journeys
    • Only ship if the partner journey is genuinely useful to landlords
