  2. On Solo or above, select the property, pack type and documents for export.
  3. Wait for generation to finish, then download the ZIP containing a summary PDF and included documents.
  4. Open the export and check its contents, dates and personal information before sharing. Keep separate evidence of delivery.

For example, an illustrative gas-safety pack could contain the property summary, the uploaded engineer's PDF and a service record. Missing or unreadable source files need attention; downloading a pack is not confirmation that every duty is complete.
